Candidate Profile

The interview assistant offers comprehensive and essential information about the candidate and their professional background. This includes insights on the candidate's work experience, education, and skills. No need to open up the candidate's CV, LinkedIn profile or any other tool on another screen - it's all right in the app next to the conversation.

Pose questions that delve into the candidate's past accomplishments, gauging their problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and overall fit for the position.

Highlighting Moments

The highlighting feature allows you to mark key moments during the interview making it easier for you to reference and review crucial sections after the call.

  • Thumbs-up helps identify positive or exceptional instances, such as impressive responses or notable achievements.

  • Thumbs-down can be used to flag areas that may raise concerns or require further examination.

All key moments which have been tagged will be added to the transcript for further review possibilities.

Adding Comments

In addition to marking key moments, you have the option to add comments throughout the entire interview. These comments serve as annotations or observations that provide further context or insights related to specific parts of the interview.

Moreover, you can tag your colleagues within these comments for easier referencing and collaboration purposes in the future. The comments are easily accessible in the Interview Assistant in real-time during the interview as well as in the transcript for review afterwards.

It will help you reflecting on the interview, evaluating candidates, or sharing feedback with other members of the hiring team.

Interview Guides

When an Interview Guide is assigned to the job, you will see the set of questions that guide you through the interview. During the call, you will be able to mark the questions that have been asked and answered. This will help you keep track of the progress and stay focused on retrieving all necessary information.

The Interview Guides are managed by recruiters and admins in the CRM. After their initial setup, recruiters can assign the guides to jobs within the CRM. If multiple guides are assigned to a job, the interviewer can pick the correct guide for a certain interview round when scheduling or preparing for the interview.
